Saturday, Februry 25th, 2:00PM-3:30PM, Black History Month Tour at Morris-Jumel Mansion, 65 Jumel Terrace by 161st Street. Morris-Jumel docent and historian Gregory Washington will lead a tour (both inside the museum and throughout the neighborhood) detailing the African presence at the house including - the few enslaved persons who lived in the mansion, Ann Northrup and her children who lived at the home from 1841-1843 and the African Americans who lived in the Jumel Terrace Historic District beginning around 1930 to the present. $15, $10 Members/Students.
