After having a couple of price reductions, Number 123 West 119th Street now has a contract out based on an the still impressive asking of $4.125 million. The location in the Mount Morris Park Historic District is one of the block just west of Lenox that has had the most renovations going on in the past few years and is a convenient walk to local eateries or the express subway stop.
