Those looking to rent the affordable housing at Number 69 East 125th Street have up until March 29th to apply for the 15 units available which start at about $650 a month. All of the aforementioned units are actually on the 126th Street side of the new construction which is wedged within a brownstone block by Park Avenue. Priority for applicants go to those who are living in Community Board 11 for 50 percent of the apartments.
