Number 16 West 131st Street had been reduced to $1.7 million by the end of 2016 and now has contract out as of this week. As previously mentioned, the 2-family brownstone located just west of Fifth Avenue has a lot of original details including a few dramatic fireplaces along with somewhat decent updates in the kitchen and baths.
