Streeteasy now show that the multi-family brownstone around the corner from 8th Avenue closed lower at $3.25 million. As previously mentioned, the interior is pretty much all white walls with a layout chopped up into a 3-family situation, but the price point might just reflect the location which is only a couple of blocks away from Central Park, Morninside Park, the FDB commercial corridor and the subway stations.
