Number 357 West 123rd Street went up on the market last summer and now has a contract out based on the asking of $3 million. This renovated 2-family just east of Morningside Park is on one of the more charming blocks in the neighborhood and has a lot of original details. The express trains and FDB corridor are also a short walk away but the single upgrade we would probably go for is to remove all of the slate tiles in several of the rooms since wood floors are the most desirable aesthetic for these particular parts of the home.
