Number 457 West 148th Street might be one of the better townhouse deals to found on the market for under $2 million.   We are not sure about the actual configuration but the listing mentions that the 18.5-foot limestone home has a Certificate of Occupancy as a single-family and is up on the market for $1.9 million.  Renovations appear to have been finished at some point in time and there are a lot of original details within.  The location is also by the Sugar Hill Historic District which is also just about a block away from the express train on St. Nicholas that gets one to midtown in 15 minutes.  With that said, a lack of photos for the kitchen or baths probably indicates that some updating will need to come about.  More photos and details on the broker site: LINK
