Harlem Bespoke:  Number 19 Sylvan Terrace is now on the market for $1.625 million which makes it the 3rd house that is up for sale in the micro historic district at the crown Sugar Hill.  The renovated two family has a nice modern feel but has also kept all of the original architectural moldings within which is a nice juxtaposition of old and new.  Another 2-unit home at Number 2 is going for a little less at $1.575 million but those who want the coveted single-family layout might want to check Number 16 which is also going for $1.625 million.  Even though the neighborhood is rather quiet, these fixed up compact homes by 160th Street might be one of the better deals to be found in Manhattan since they are on one of the most charming blocks in city and are right next to the subway station. 2017
