LAND: 110 WEST 123RD STREET IN CONTRACT
Harlem Bespoke: The brownstone at 110 West 123rd Street collapsed a few years ago when the foundation was damaged during a renovation attempt and the land has been vacant until now. Earlier this year, the 20-foot-wide parcel went up on the market for $1.6 million and now has a contract out. This block in the Mount Morris Park Historic District is located just west of Lenox Avenue and has seen a lot of new construction go up in the past decade. Developers can build a 6.5 story condo if desired so we expect that scenario to come about in the next year or so. Check out what the original brownstone looked like in our past post: LINK
