The burned out storefront at the north end of Strivers Row recently had a historic makeover and now appears to be up for rent. Better businesses such as Ponty Bistro, Alibi and Belle have been arriving over on the 7th Avenue side of the landmark neighborhood but the 8th Avenue corridor has not really seen any action as of late. This is truly a rare looking commercial property and could be perfect for the right boutique business if the rent is sensible. Check out the designer details of this unique space in our past post:

That corner has newly empty spaces on three sides. And some of those spaces are enormous. Someone will bite and that will inspire others but it might take a bit.
