Harlem Bespoke: One of the brownstones facing the public house projects on West 131st Street between 7th and 8th Avenue now has a contract out based on the asking of $2.25 million aftere being on the market for about a month. As mentioned previously, the townhouse is in a more desirable two family configuration but has been priced on the lower end because of location. This gut renovations is actually better than a lot that we have seen but those glass tiles in the kitchen always seem a little outdated to us.
