Harlem Bespoke: Number 322 West 137th Street arrived on the market in Central Harlem back in December at $2.55 million, then was reduced to $2.3 million three months later and now has a contract out. As mentioned previously, everything has been renovated within the 2-family home but the popcorn ceilings and lack of original details are some of the interior elements to take note of. The facade has also been altered from the original design so the curb appeal could improve a little in our opinion. With that said, the 16-foot home is located just a block away from St. Nicholas Park and the subway station so the address does have some merits.
