Harlem Bespoke: One of the record asking prices in Harlem for a townhouse in 2017 has now arrived on Strivers Row at 221 West 138th Street for $5.3 million. Almost all of the original details appear to be intact within and the Central Harlem home by 7th Avenue has been renovated quite nicely with modern upgrades added without disturbing the original aesthetic of the interior.
