Harlem Bespoke: An SRO on Strivers Row has just arrived on the market for $2.2 million which is quite an impressive number for a fixer upper. There are no interior photos on the listing so one could assume that a lot work needs to be done within but a seasoned developer might be able to work with all of the issues at hand. We always liked the idea that this landmark micro-neighborhood had homes with private garages in the back but it is unclear if this particular property has this amenity.
