Harlem Bespoke: Shake Shack finally revealed back in January that the new uptown location will eventually debut on 116th by Columbia University and now it looks like some progress is at hand. More formal green plywood has been placed up at the large corner storefront that used to be Ollie's Chinese restaurant and official DOB paperwork has also been posted out front. The end of Summer 2017 appears to be end goal and this location will be the furthest north that the notable burger boîte has ventured in Manhattan.
