DWELL: 472 WEST 143RD STREET SOLD IN MAY
Harlem Bespoke: After being on the market for about 3 months, Number 472 West 143rd Street now had a contract out based on the reduced asking set at $2.995 million and now records reveal that the final closing price was set at $3 million. As previously mentioned, all of the fantastic original details are intact within but the kitchen could use a bit of an update since it looks like something out of the late 70s. The block is by the desirable Convent Avenue historic district which is close to new spots to eat and is also an easy enough walking distance to the express trains on 145th Street.
