Harlem Bespoke: June 19th is the deadline for the affordable brownstones up on the market by the city and we swung by this particular corner of Sugar Hill yesterday to see how everything was coming along. New windows appears to be all in place but the interior still has quite a bit of work that needs to come about. There are two homes on this block that will sold in the $600K range and another townhouse in the neighborhood is also up for sale. There is actually one more abandoned brownstone that is part of the set shown above which has not been touched at this point so another lottery might be happening in the near future if the funding for that particular address gets going.
