Streeteasy has now revealed that the townhouse sold lower at $2.46 million. As previously mentioned, this renovated 2-family just east of Morningside Park is on one of the more charming blocks in the neighborhood and has a lot of original details. The express trains and FDB corridor are also a short walk away but the single upgrade we would probably go for is to remove all of the slate tiles in several of the rooms since wood floors are the most desirable aesthetic for these particular areas of the of the home.
