EXERCISE: COMMUNITY CLASSES AT UNITY YOGA

Harlem Bespoke:  We walked by Unity Yoga just north of 127th Street at 350 St. Nicholas Avenue last night and noticed a sign mentioning community classes so inquired within.   These session apparently are only $9 and are available until the capacity numbers are reach.   For the full community class schedule and standard yoga hours, check out the Unity Yoga site:  LINK
