Harlem Bespoke: The new construction at 17 Convent Avenue is slowly rising at the the corner of 128th Street and now looks to have made even more progress in the past month or so. There will be reportedly 1,000 square-foot of space in each of the 21 units so the word on the street is that the development will probably be condos when all finishes up by next year. We have not heard much otherwise on 17 Convent but a rendering of the facade has been posted on the plywood out front:
