Harlem Bespoke: We walked by 181 West 126th Street this past week and noticed that the new construction at the corner of 7th Avenue had just installed windows. Apparently they needed to be painted black but the overall effect now looks to be that of a recent fire. Nevertheless, there should be brick added to the facade soon and everything will look a little more polished for the 22-unit mixed use building. That building looks like it's being built inside out. Strangest construction process I've ever seen. Also apparently it's 3 stories shorter than the drawing in the previous post? That seems ... odd for that location. Relatedly, what is the deal with the 98% completed building just a few blocks up ACP?
