Harlem Bespoke: The side paneling for the facade of the Forum building on Broadway by the corner of 125th Street started going up last week and things are now moving along quite quickly. Large sections of the front walls have all been prefabricated and installing one piece to the 3-story conference center at the new Columbia University campus in Manhattanville really goes a long way. At this rate we expect everything out front to be completed in the next couple of weeks and the final result can be compared to the original rendering at that point in time:
