DWELL: 21 HAMILTON TERRACE SOLD IN MARCH
Harlem Bespoke: Number 21 Hamilton Terrace went up on the market in September of last year for $3.75 million, then was reduced to $3.5 million in December, had a contract out in March and the renovated 2-family townhouse by 142nd Street sold eventually for $3.45 million according to Streeteasy. As previously mentioned, this historic district location is one of the more notable streets in Hamilton Heights and there is quite a bit of original details within the 18-foot-wide limestone address. The express trains, the 145th Street commercial corridor and Jackie Robinson Park are also a short walk aways.
