Harlem Bespoke: Number 2280 ACP was up on the market earlier this year for $5.5 million then had a price reduction to $4.5 million and has since been pulled from the market in the past couple of months. As previously mentioned, the corner address sold back in 2015 for a record closing of $4.875 million but now that price point appears to be more difficult attain these days.
This unique 134th Street corner address actually has a garage on the side, an elevator within but has the most terrifying modern kitchen we have ever seen. There was probably a cornice out front at one point in time and the facade could have better curb appeal if the design detail was restored. With that said, the gut renovation for the 18.4-foot-wide building is pretty decent and the appliances are on the higher end side. On another side note, this address apparently was the Hot-Cha club back in the day and Billie Holiday had previously performed in the space. More photos and details can be found on Streeteasy: LINK
