Harlem Bespoke: An SRO townhouse at 527 West 162nd Street in the Heights has just arrived on the market for the asking of $1.43 million. The good news is that the address is only a block away from the subway station but everything else is complicated. There apparently are 8 units within and not all are vacant so this will probably be best left to an experienced developer or investor.
