YIMBY mentions that the abandoned wood frame house at 217 West 123rd Street will finally meet its fate. The semi-detached townhouse located by 8th Avenue has been vacant for at least a decade but now permits have been filed for a full demolition. Apparently a developer has purchased the property at some point and a 6-story condo construction will eventually be built if all goes according to plan. More details on YIMBY:
