Harlem Bespoke: We walked by the block just north of 128th Street on FDB and noticed that demolition of the old buildings at the address has been completed. Construction could possibly start this side of the year if all goes according to plan and there will 75 units of affordable housing at this part of 8th Avenue when all finishes up.
