Harlem Bespoke: Number 221 West 138th Street on Strivers Row went up on the market back in May for $5.3 million and now has been reduced to $4.3 million. As previously mentioned , almost all of the original details appear to be intact within and the Central Harlem home by 7th Avenue has been renovated quite nicely with modern upgrades added which do not disturb the original aesthetic of the interior. The only callout here would be the 2-family configuration since single-family layouts tend to be more desirable for the higher end brownstone buyer.
