Harlem Bespoke: An SRO fixer upper at 85 West 119th now has a contract out based on the asking of $2.45 million. This is a pretty commanding price for a brownstone that needs a lot of work but at least the Certificate of Non Harrassment is in place. With that said, this block by Fifth Avenue is within the Mount Morris Park Historic District and does have a lot of potential.
