Harlem Bespoke: The
SRO townhouse at 912 St. Nicholas Avenue just north of 155th Street was up on the market for $1.725 million back in May but has now been removed from the market. As previously mentioned, the Certificate of Non Harassment is reportedly in place but the interior apparently will need a gut reno to get things back in order. This part of Sugar Hill is pretty residential but the C train is only a block away and the architecture on the block is quite unique to the neighborhood. More details can be found on Streeteasy:
