EAT: PORK BELLY SLIDERS AT THE HONEYWELL
Harlem Bespoke: We also had to do put in a bespoke food shoutout to The Honeywell by 148th on Broadway because of the pork belly on the bar menu. Those who are fans of the fatty cut of meat will really enjoy this updated version which is tender to the point of almost shredding but still substantial enough to hold together a miniature sandwich. All of the savory flavor profiles are on point and the one thing that really sets this bit of pub grub from the others is the exceptional quail eggs that have been fried and placed on each succulent morsel. There is also a nice crab salad slider on the menu but those who want something a little more decadent should try out the turf instead of the surf offering. More on The Honeywell can be found in our past post: LINK
