Harlem Bespoke: We took a look at the new affordable housing over on East 126th Street by Park Avenue to see how things fit in at the brownstone neighborhood. This building is actually the back end of the a larger rental complex that faces the 125th Street side of the lot and has 15 apartments all together. An abandoned brownstone was demolished on site a few years ago but it appears that the recent addition does not shake up too much on the block. Read more about this development in our past post:
