DWELL: 252 WEST 121ST STREET LOT

Harlem Bespoke:  The lot at 262 West 121st Street was up on the market back in 2010 for $600K and has now returned with a $1.45 million asking price.  The 18 x 101 foot parcel apparently will be sold to a developer based on the proposed 5-story residential tower plan featured on the broker site. This block just around the corner from the Lower FDB corridor has a few intact brownstones that used to all match up and hopefully whatever comes about will compliment the original architecture.  More details can be found on the broker site: LINK

  1. What about the deed restrictions??? I reviewed the deed and you can only build non-profit...
