DWELL: 38 WEST 120TH SOLD LOWER
Harlem Bespoke: Number 38 West 120th Street has just arrived on the market back in February for $5 million, then had a contract out based on a reduced asking of $4.5 million and now the single-family brownstone within the desirable Mount Morris Park Historic District has sold for $4.25 million according to Streeteasy. As previously mentioned, there are no original detail to be found within but the gut-renovated home has been updated with classic details which go well with the historic architecture. The location just east of Lenox Avenue is also a short walk to the express trains and the Whole Foods at 125th Street. More photos and details can be found on the broker site: LINK
