Harlem Bespoke: Number 39 Bradhurst Avenue has been on the market for several months at $1.95 million, then was reduced to $1.75 million and now has a contract out. As previously mentioned, we especially like the unique facades of the townhouses on the avenue and that the address is just a couple of blocks away from the express 145th Street subway station but the interior probably will need an update. There are no original details within and the 2-family home would probably be more impressive as a single-family brownstone but at least some renovations have come about in the past.
