Harlem Bespoke: We saw that construction was happening up at one of the landmark townhouses on Sugar Hill and checked out what was going on. Number 767 St. Nicholas Avenue by 147th Street was an SRO with 15 units all together but now will be converted into 5 apartments. Permits have recently been approved and everything appears to be progressing along quite quickly. HarlemBespoke.com 2017
