Harlem Bespoke:  Number 457 West 140th Street was on the market back in March for the asking of $3.25 million and now records show that the single-family townhouse Hamilton Heights close slightly higher at $3.3 million.  As previously mentioned, the home has a convenient location just around the corner from Amsterdam Avenue which is close to a lot of new boutique businesses and a short walk aways to the express trains on 145th Street.
