Harlem Bespoke: Number 9 East 124th Street is up on the market for $3.2 million which is quite a high number for a six-family brownstone. The address on the north side of Mount Morris Park and Fifth Avenue had closed for $2.15 million last year but would have been more valuable if converted into a single-family home or something less chopped up.
