As previously mentioned, this unique brownstone not only has an amazing pedigree but also has a distinct balcony and portico at the front entrance. Original details are intact within and the location by the FDB commercial corridor is quite ideal. With that said, the three-family layout might be an issue with a higher end buyer but there is definitely a lot of potential to this historic address.
