DWELL: HOUDINI HOUSE REDUCED AGAIN

Harlem Bespoke: The Harry Houdini House at 278 West 113th Street arrived on the market back in June for the asking price of $4.6 million, was reduced to $3.999 million in September, and now has been further marked down to $3.6 million.  As previously mentioned, this unique brownstone not only has an amazing pedigree but also has a distinct balcony and portico at the front entrance.  Original details are intact within and the location by the FDB commercial corridor is quite ideal.  With that said, the three-family layout might be an issue with a higher end buyer but there is definitely a lot of potential to this historic address.  More details and photos can be found on the broker site: LINK
