Harlem Bespoke: The new construction at the corner of 125th and St. Nicholas has topped off in recent months and now the facaded finishes are being put into place. This location is actually right next to the express subway train entrance which is a major transportation hub and thus is ideal for any big retailer to move in. Trader Joe's would be one possible anchor tenant since the retailer tends to follow Whole Foods whenever that supermarket opens in a neighborhood but nothing has been confirmed yet.
