DWELL: 154 WEST 132ND STREET BROWNSTONE

Harlem Bespoke:  A gut renovated townhouse at 154 West 132nd Street between Lenox and 7th Avenue might just be one of the better deals to be found uptown with the asking price of $2.65 million.  We especially like the Scandinavian Modern look with lighter herringbone floors and lots of white design elements but the location is also an important detail.

The aforementioned brownstone block has been nicely restored over the years and is about a 5 minute walk to the new Whole Foods on 125th Street.  Express trains are also nearby which will get one to midtown in about 15 minutes.  More photos and details can be found on the broker site: LINK
