DWELL: 246 LENOX BACK ON THE MARKET

Harlem Bespoke: Number 246 Lenox Avenue arrived on the market back in 2015 at $3 million and now has returned with the asking of $6.5 million.  As previously mentioned, this large 22-foot-wide townhouse within the Mount Morris Park Historic District has a renovated interior with some original details but the exterior probably could be restored a little more. The listing mentions that the layout out is single-family home but the Certificate of Occupancy might be something perspective buyers should look into.  The 122nd Street location is in one of the most desirable areas of Central Harlem and just a couple of blocks away from the new Whole Foods.  Other than that, the express trains are also nearby but we are used to seeing a lot more intact historic details for anything over $4 million.  More on the broker site: LINK
