Harlem Bespoke: Number 62 Edgecombe Avenue is back on the market for the asking of $3 million which is a lot lower then original listing posted a couple of years ago. It is still unclear if the former SRO by 132nd Street has been converted to a single-family and apparently everything is not completed within.
With that said, the new owners can pick the finishes that they would like which might be ideal for more particular owners on the higher end. With all that said, we do like the location and the trains station by the park is just a couple of blocks away. More details on Streeteasy:

That's not the only townhouse on Edgecomb that is stalled on remodeling. All the projects seems to have made some really good choices on windows. Hope to see more of them completed.
