DWELL: 21 HAMILTON TERRACE SOLD LOWER
Harlem Bespoke: Number 21 Hamilton Terrace went up on the market at the end of 2016 for $3.75 million, then was reduced to $3.5 million by early 2017 and records reveal that renovated 2-family townhouse by 142nd Street closed at $3.45 million last year. As previously mentioned, this historic district location is one of the more notable streets in Hamilton Heights and there is quite a bit of original details within the 18-foot-wide limestone address. The express trains, the 145th Street commercial corridor and Jackie Robinson Park are also a short walk aways. More details on Streeteasy: LINK
