Harlem Bespoke: Astro Row Cafe on Lenox by 130th Street shuttered last July for what appeared to be renovations but not much has happened on that front since then. A new coat of blue paint on the facade did come about quite quickly but not much else has happened since. There have been no signs in the window announcing that the space is up for lease so things still appear up in the air. Does anyone out there have any inside information?
