Harlem Bespoke: The former church building at 317-373 Manhattan Avenue just south of 116th Street had been under construction for a couple of years now but looks to be finishing up. This combined address appear to have been two townhouses before the aforementioned church altered things but the new owner has come up with a minimalist solution to update the building. Windows in the same repetition as the neighboring homes are all now in place and the red brick even matches the other facade. Some might think that this is still a little mismatched but the previous alteration was much more incongruent: LINK
