Harlem Bespoke: The Mount Morris Park Historic District has some of the most amazing housing stock in the city but some of the grand dames of lower Lenox still need to be restored. Out of the four buildings between 119th and 120th on the east side, only one has fully been renovated. The other three still have boarded up windows and not much going on except a hardware store in one of the storefronts. The cornice had been worked on at the aforementioned hardware shop address but the apartments above have apparently been neglected.
