Harlem Bespoke: An abandoned lot at 262 West 121st Street has arrived back on the market for $1.2 million but might be a hard sell. This 18-foot-wide parcel probably had a brownstone on site at one point in time which was then demolished but there appears to be no record on the DOB site. With that said, a church purchased the land in the 80s which apparently has pretty much been used for parking and current legal paperwork states that it can only used for not-for-profit recreational purposes. Unless things have changed, most developers could find this a bit problematic. More on Streeteasy: LINK

That might be something that a savvy nonprofit could work out a trade for property they already have. 18 foot wide though would be difficult for NP to make use of.
