Harlem Bespoke: Number 363 West 120th Street arrived on the market for $4.5 million asking price a year ago, then was reduced to $4.35 million by the fall and now has a contract out. As previously mentioned, this brownstone is within one of those charming blocks (general view pictured above) right by Morningside Park but the intact row houses on the north side faces a schoolyard.
