Harlem Bespoke: We walked by 321 West 116th Street recently and wondered if the old school tenement on Manhattan Avenue would ever be restored. There are no new DOB permits on file but past repair proposals have included a full rehabilitation of the entire building. This is apparently city-owned property so would be great for affordable housing if all of the underlying issues ever get resolved. More on 321 West 116th can be found in our past post:
